Return Policy

Returns
New desktop, laptops, NAS's or Servers purchased from Scott's Electronics Shop that are "dead on arrival," arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of confirmed delivery. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Scott's Electronics Shop may test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.  Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@ScottsElectronicsShop.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@ScottsElectronicsShop.com and send your item to: 1330 Avenue of the Americas Suite 23A New York New York US 10019.

Shipping
To return your product, a prepaid mailing label will be provided. You will not be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item if the unit is defective or "dead on arrival". Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
